they're probably getting paid for it. but if they do not even know what's going to be broken it probably takes time to track down everything to fix it again, you're right. it's still weird to think about, isn't it? joanne always sounds pretty happy though.
I suppose if nothing got broken somehow, there would be nothing for them to work on to fix, right? Or something like that. Maybe she is just glad to keep busy somehow?

me too. the mailbox only showed up a few months ago, i know people could not contact them before that. but maybe things have changed. it never hurts to keep asking, i think.
