that's one way to do it. but if something were falling apart for example, you could encase it to hold it together maybe? i don't know how your powers work and this is definitely unsolicited advice, but i have been trying to learn other things i can do with the wind so i am getting used to off the wall thinking. small scale is just as good though.
Probably but if it's that much in such a short time I'd probably get frostbite. It's easy to make a lot of ice And fire, but I don't want to do that one.
