[Someday John will figure out how to share his breath with Dave but for now he's letting Dave figure out when he needs to breathe. Dave pulls back but then returns and it's brainless, easy and comforting to just dive right into things.
He'll take that victory and there's a grin against Dave's mouth, fingers squeezing Dave's hip a bit when he feels Dave's tongue in his mouth and a quiet sort of moan passing from his lips to Dave's instead. It's also just as easy to move his tongue enough to sync up with Dave's own movements and he idly wonders how long they'll be standing.
