don't worry about it! it sort of sounds like it has been a long day? with...whatever is going on over there. (wrenches...?)
classes are already sort of kicking my ass, too, and it hasn't even been a month yet.

It was actually a rather pleasant change of pace from the swamp.
After that I ended up in a haunted mansion.

It's my engineering 200 lab
One of the other students is a moron.
I'm pretty sure he's going to get himself killed

if you are jealous that it was my dream, i am a little jealous of the ghosts you guys encountered so i think we're even.

that's both funny and unfortunate.
some people are just not cut out for their majors.

One personal project I haven't quite started yet

Class at the moment is mostly little proof of concept things
Mostly involving thermodynamics
Hence the lighting himself on fire thing

and see this is why i am not an engineering major.
not only because just talking instead of doing sounds sort of boring, but i only understood part of that.
at least lighting himself on fire would be entertaining.

and i did not say engineering itself is boring! just the sitting around learning about stuff instead of doing stuff part sounds boring. there's a difference.

i mean i'm a biology student and i also think that is incredibly boring, too.
would it really be that hard to figure it out without the traditional boring learning stuff?

Depends on what kind of biology I guess
But people have spent a couple hundred years wrist deep in dead things figuring most of it out right?
You'd take a while to do that on your own.

right now i am just calling it "biology" until i decide it is a thing i want to stick with for sure.
but science is pretty important, i guess? and there are always jobs in science.

i kind of meat engineering since that is probably not involving dead things, but yeah.
people are weird, if you think about it. like who decided it was a good idea to start poking around decaying animals and stuff?

but i guess it's ok.

if i were bored way back then i think i would still find something besides poking dead things, but the rest makes sense.
i am even worse at history than i am at science so i don't have a real answer.
this could get really philosophical but i think we will stick with "people like discovering things."
